使用于家私玻璃印刷。

工作流程：玻璃自動預定位→傳輸→二次精定位→印刷→檢測卸玻璃傳輸→烘干機（連線全自動）。

特殊的定位方式對印件的復雜外形有很強的適應力，比如轎車的前、后擋扇形玻璃片的印刷，定位精準（±0.1mm）。
Special contraposition is greatly suitable for sophisticate shape of printing substrates, such as the front and rear car window glass which contraposition precision is about ±0.1mm.

針對易劃傷和不許有劃傷的印件，設備工作臺面采用特殊工藝處理，使臺面對印件即不劃傷又*，且摩擦系數(shù)低。
For easy scratched printing substrates, working table has been specially treated for resistance to scratch.

采用日本三菱（MITSUBISHI） PLC工作系統(tǒng)，親善的觸摸屏人機界面操作盤，各調(diào)節(jié)機構配置*位置顯示器，并設有故障顯示系統(tǒng)和光電保護裝置。
The machine is equipped with PLC system and Touch-on Control Panel and Position Display

機頭水平式、上下移動，采用蝸輪減速機附安全剎車馬達變頻穩(wěn)沖，上下平穩(wěn)。
Adopts reduction worm gear with safety brake motor converter to assure stable up/ down and left/ right movement for the main part of the machine

采用變頻無段控制刮印速度，刮印與覆蓋可作不同速度調(diào)整。網(wǎng)版調(diào)節(jié)采用X、Y軸移動對位，簡便精準。
Apply converter to control printing speed. Both printing speed and oil flooding speed are adjustable. Adjustment for screen frame is realized by X and Y axes moving contra position. It's easy and precise

刮印刀采用恒壓裝置，刮印刀印壓強弱設定后，對于印刷物厚薄不規(guī)則能自動補償。
Apply constant pressure equipment for the scraper. Once the pressure is fixed, the uneven thickness of the printing substrates can be equalized automatically

回油刀采用恒壓裝置，壓力能任意設定具自動補償作用，能使油墨覆蓋厚薄，任意控制，不產(chǎn)生震波。 不移動絲框狀態(tài)下能設定刮刀與覆蓋油墨刀做重復動作，精度不變形。
Apply constant pressure equipment for the flood bar. Pressure for the flood bar can be adjusted freely. Different thickness oil coating can be realized under this condition without any vibration waves 。Both scraper printing times and floor bar coating times can be set freely without moving the screen frame. The repeatable contraposition is very high
